Our salaries are routinely benchmarked against the market median to ensure they are fair and competitive. Alongside your salary, we provide an enhanced pension scheme and life assurance, as well as loans for season travel tickets.

Your time
We offer our new starters 25 days’ annual leave, which increases to a maximum of 28 days after two years’ service. Our enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave is a key part of our benefits offer; additionally, we recognise the importance of balancing work and home commitments, and thus provide a variety of flexible working arrangements for our staff.

We provide and Employee Assistance Programme for all our staff, giving them accessing to a 24/7 free, confidential advice service for help with personal or work issues. Dependent on length of service, we also offer enhanced sick pay.
