A Collaborative Approach

At Recovery Focus we have a long history of working with commissioning partners to develop ambitious, transformational approaches to delivering high quality support services. We specialise in providing mental health, drug, alcohol, gambling and domestic violence services to over 20,000 people each year.

We work nationally, regionally and locally with a range of local authority, health, employment, criminal justice and third sector partners to deliver effective, integrated recovery based services. Our aim is always to work collaboratively with other providers, local commissioners and the people we support to share best practice and co-produce our services.

Proactive Partnerships

We are always looking for opportunities to work proactively with commissioners and have a successful track record of delivering pilot projects that test out and evidence impact.

An example of this approach is our crisis service development with Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust which has changed the mental health pathway across the county through our two crisis houses and delivery of Mental Health Support Centres in local hospitals.

Our step down service in Derby in partnership with Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust is another great example of a pilot which is now an established part of the mental health system locally, delivering high quality support while making significant savings for the NHS.
